SINCE 2026
American Drone Network was born out of a simple, costly reality: in agricultural aviation, downtime is the enemy of progress. We saw the friction firsthand, idle equipment, lapsing registrations, and a growing disconnect between farmers and the pilots equipped to serve them. Something had to change.
ADN was built to be the answer. From farmers who need services, to pilots scaling their businesses, to the industry partners developing technology in the background, ADN’s ecosystem connects every stakeholder and removes the friction that has held agricultural drone services back. We’re here to fuel adaptation, improve efficiencies, and drive growth and success for everyone involved.
As American Drone Network expands, so do the benefits for everyone in the ecosystem. Data-driven analytics will continue to take the guesswork out of drone operations, driving down costs and making aerial application services more accessible and practical. By centralizing flight data, chemical usage, and maintenance cycles, ADN makes job estimates more accurate and daily operations more predictable. We are building the backbone of agricultural aviation, supporting pilots, farmers, and industry partners through a competitive, digital-first industry.

Meet Erik, CEO & Co-founder of American Drone Network. Erik’s background in agriculture spans more than 23 years of executive experience, pioneering expansion at top-tier agribusinesses such as Monsanto, Windfield (WinField) United, Harrell’s, AgXplore, and Meristem. Through American Drone Network, Erik helps spearhead a transformation in industry technology, focused on improving connection and throughput by uniting farmers, applicators, suppliers, and manufacturers to help drive efficiency and create successful partnerships. Erik’s passion for operational improvement and data-driven execution helps position ADN as the next innovation in agriculture, creating a sustainable future for all stakeholders.
Michelle Truman, COO & Co-Founder of American Drone Network, has earned a reputation as a pioneer of agricultural drone education. Focused on the next generation, Michelle helped to co-found Farmitude, a revolutionary agricultural drone curriculum, creating an industry-first ground-up educational framework used to inspire the future of drone operations across US agriculture. Through American Drone Network, Michelle is taking the next step; molding an educational foundation into an avenue for successful deployment, and helping farmers and applicators achieve mutual success. Michelle is the driving force behind American Drone Network’s educational platform, ensuring pilots have the resources required to improve skills, remain compliant, and nurture profitability and sustainability.
American Drone Network is building the foundation that agricultural aviation has always needed, and the connected future the industry deserves. We exist to remove the friction holding the industry back and replace it with a platform that works for everyone inside it.
Innovation at ADN means more than technology. It means reimagining how an entire industry connects, operates, and grows.
One network, every stakeholder, every part of the industry. Farmers, pilots, and industry partners all belong here.
We don’t just give you a platform, we give you a stake in it. Participation in ADN means more than access. It means ownership.
