American Drone Network Launches Free APP on Android and IOS, Unifying the Agricultural Drones Industry in a single American-Built Platform

The American Drone Network app — free, American-developed, and American-engineered — launches May 31, 2026, with seven core features connecting pilots, farmers, and the compliance infrastructure of the ag drone industry for the first time in one place.

STUTTGART, AR, May 21, 2026 — American Drone Network (ADN) today announced the upcoming launch of the American Drone Network app — arriving May 31, 2026 as a free download on both Android and iOS. Designed, developed, and engineered entirely in the United States, the ADN app represents the first unified platform built specifically for the agricultural drone industry — connecting licensed UAS pilots, farmers and growers, and the compliance infrastructure that holds professional ag drone operations together.

The app will be free to download and free to use — a deliberate decision by ADN to remove financial barriers and accelerate adoption across its growing national pilot network. From flight logging and FAA reporting to farmer-pilot job matching and certificate tracking, the American Drone Network app puts every operational tool a professional spray drone pilot needs into a single, American-built platform.

“This is the app the ag drone industry has needed and has not had. We built it here, we built it for our pilots, we built it for our farmers, and we made it free — because our mission is to put more compliant, professional operators in the air and give them every tool they need to succeed.”

— Erik Kellim, Chief Executive Officer, American Drone Network

Free — No Subscription. No Paywall. The app will be free to download and all features are currently free to use on both Android and iOS. Built to be accessible to every licensed pilot in the network.

American-Developed & Engineered: Designed, developed, and engineered entirely in the United States by the ADN team. Built for American pilots, American farms, and American airspace — not adapted from a foreign platform.

CropFlight Logbook: Integrated logbook for state-required and FAA-required flight reporting. Log every flight, track acres sprayed, and generate compliant records for state pesticide departments and FAA obligations — all from the same app.

Farmer-to-Pilot Job Connect: Farmers post field needs directly in the app. Every licensed pilot within the farmer’s desired radius is notified in real time. Pilots review the request, accept the work, and the connection is made.

Work Assignment & Scheduling: Operators and fleet managers assign spray work directly to pilots within the ADN network. Pilots receive assigned jobs, confirm availability, and manage their schedule — a streamlined dispatch workflow for larger operations.

Certificate Tracker: Store, track, and monitor expiration dates for FAA Part 107, Part 137 Operating Certificates, state pesticide licenses, waivers, and exemptions. Expiration alerts keep pilots compliant before a certificate lapses.

Acre Advantage — Pilot Reward Points: Pilots earn reward points simply by spraying partner products on enrolled acres. No claims process, no complicated paperwork. Spray normal operations using partner crop inputs and earn reward points automatically — turning every acre into additional value.

The American Drone Network app launches as the agricultural drone industry faces increasing regulatory scrutiny — including the FAA’s newly launched DETER enforcement program, which took effect April 15, 2026, and accelerates penalties for drone violations to potentially just days. The certificate tracking and CropFlight logbook features are directly responsive to this environment, giving pilots the tools to maintain airtight compliance records at all times.

For farmers and growers, the job connect feature addresses one of the most persistent frustrations in the ag drone space: finding a qualified, compliant, and available applicator when a spray window opens. With the American Drone Network app, growers post their field needs and the platform notifies every qualified pilot in range within seconds.

The Acre Advantage Rewards feature integrates ADN’s existing Acre Advantage sponsor program directly into the pilot’s workflow. Partner crop input products — featured by name within the app — generate automatic reward points for pilots who apply them, creating a financial incentive that rewards compliance and brand partnership simultaneously.

“There is no foreign-built platform, no venture-backed app designed in a boardroom, that understands what it takes to spray a thousand acres in a summer and file the right paperwork before sundown. We do. We built this for our pilots and our farmers, by our team, on American soil — and we made it free because access to the right tools should never be the thing that keeps a good pilot from building a great business.”

— Erik Kellim, Chief Executive Officer, American Drone Network

The American Drone Network app is available for download beginning May 31, 2026 on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Download is free. All current ADN Network members are automatically eligible for all app features upon login.
